For anybody with a grey with corns I know how the corns get at you. Although I still haven't got a dog "corns" still interest me. I go on a facebook site www.facebook.com/groups/greyhoundswithcorns/ and people on there are using a product called "O'keeffes for working hands" (in a green tub) with some success, ie corns disappearing. You can buy it in Wickes and Screwfix, if Cass were still alive I would try it too. Thought I'd share XX Just had another look at this site, there are some weird and wonderful remedies, but if they work - who cares. I am pleased to report that (1) Cara is still not limping (2) greyhounds with corns is taking over my facebook page but it does make interesting reading. I've invested in a tin of O'Keefes for hardworking hands cream for the princely sum of £3.99. Although Cara appears corn free I have taken to just rubbing in the cream on the affected toe (and she is not licking it off) - my logic being if there is a corn there, it wont be there for long.

Took Cara for her booster today at my local vet and while there I got him to check her over - result a clean bill of health and no corns. I must let my greyhound vet at Bedford know because I think he was a bit sceptical when I told him how I was going to treat them.
On the Facebook Page Greyhounds with Corns, there are some horrific sights - I think Car has got off lightly.
