I have read that wheat is not great for Greys so I am wondering what people give their hounds for breakfast feed?
I am going to buy CSJ food for other meals.

I give Fizz porridge with a little of her dry food. She's been having that for a few months now and doing ok on it.

Betty has cornflakes or rice krispies or special k or toast or if hubby is on breakfast duty scrambled egg with toast or french toast. When we first had her the cereal was served with a little milk and some warm water (from the kettle) - more water than milk but now she loves the milk and it doesn't upset her stomach. Its a case of trying a bit at a time and seeing what works best

Mine have the same for breakfast as they do for dinner. It will be fine to feed CSJ for both meals.

shredded wheat, with warm water. No milk for mine as it makes Storm cough like an old smoker & gives Apollo the erm, erm, well you know!

i use to give prince cornflakes, 2 raw eggs and warm water with milk. which a greyhound owner i know said was good for them but when i told my vet she said dogs should only eat dog food not human food, so i only give him it as a treat ssshhhhhhhh don`t tell your vets.
