-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cross posted from another forum I have just heard that Button's brother, the adorable Mr T went missing last Saturday He was being walked off lead in fields behind Lindsey Street in Epping, Essex when he took off. Mr T is (for those who know her) a male version of Button. Black lad and very sensitive. If you live or visit the area please look out for him. Fingers crossed for the gorgeous boy. Hope the lovely lad turns up safe and well.

Mr T is still missing, we joined the search for him today around the Epping Green / Harlow area but no sign of him, he has been missing 8 days now, there were a couple of reported sightings of him earlier in the week. praying the lad turns up safe and well.

Steve, tell the owners its very important to get as much publicity as possible. Hundreds of posters in and around area of loss and sighting. Something in the paper and on the radio. He will be circling around trying to pick up a scent of owners. They must leave some of their clothing which has been well worn, and unwashed in the area he was lost from, and also the sighting area. Smelly socks, or pillowcases even, are great. Most dogs do return to the place they last saw their owners. If they can make a couple of these safe dens for him with some food, water, and some of his own bedding as well, and all these familiar smells......and if he finds either place, with food and water, he will hopefully stay around that area. They need to place new scent (owner's and families diluted urine) and fresh food daily. They can even leave the contents of their hoover bag around the dens. Have they registered on DogLost?

The below information has been circulated around local RGT branches:
"Mr ‘T’ was lost in Epping at the weekend. He is black, entire dog, and very friendly!
If you have any information about Mr ‘T’ (also responds to ‘Sparky’), please ring Graham Sharp on 01992 575 144."

He hasn't been found yet. If you go onto Storm and Apollos mums post ( the one before yours)she has put a link onto Mr t' dog lost page, just click on it and you should go straight there. But beware, if you are like me I can't stop looking on Doglost.

Yes he is still missing, there were a few of us out last weekend searching the woods near st margarets hospital after a sighting, a black female was found but not mr t, there was a sighting near roydon, there is a trainer in that area and its not far from harlow hounds, we just hope he sensed other greyhounds and headed that way, the owners have been out laying bait for him. we will be out again this weekend if he hasnt turned up. its been nearly 3 weeks now

Yvonne yes it was a greyhound, hope it was Bella,i will try and find out a bit more about her and where she was taken. there was a tan and white greyhound reported around the area too a week ago, the highways agency tried catching it but it ran off before they could get near it.

So sorry there has been no further sightings of MR T. this may mean he has moved slightly further from area or that he has found a place to hole up in. It would not be the first time that greys have been found sheltering in barns or stables with other animals even. I wish I was nearer, but please everyone, pass it around that he's still out there, and owners really need some help on both postering and walking the area. He is not going to come running out to greet anyone, as will be very traumatised by now, but if owners can get any sightings phoned to them, then they can start to scent the area and keep him in one place. If anyone is local and able to help search, its a good idea to put owners number in your phone and call them straight away. If dog is seen, it is best to stay still and call owner directly, rather than chase him, although he could respond well to dogs of his own type. Here's the latest news on the DogLost page, www.doglost.co.uk/dog_blog.php?dogId=28067And tele number registered on DogLost to ring is 07974372718
