Despite competition from Wimbledon and nearby Silverstone there was quite a good turnout today at Woburn.
The surprise visitor was Red Hot Sean (now known as Pongo - guess why) who lives in Woburn. Sean, homed from Bishops Stortford in November 2015 looked fantastic. For a while he was the star attraction, a handsome gentle giant (no muzzle) who lapped up all the attention.
A young couple who follow Greyhoundhomer on our website have got their eye on Rumble but are not in a position to home just yet.

Thats good, bet Rumble has packed his suitcase already in preparation for the move to his new home!! I keep hoping someone will come forward and rehoming TJ. It certainly would not put me off from having him given his bad eyes, and to be honest If I was looking at the kennels to rehome I would take him.
I rehomed Ollie, Pickapocketortwo, I knew when we lost our other greyhound who was completely deaf by the way that I wanted to rehome a black dog as they always get left, and one that had been at the kennels a long time, well anyway, Ollie came our way, first seeing him at Barleylands on one the RGT stalls and that was that. My husband and I have not regretted a single moment.
I so hope the couple come back and take Rumble, and just feel this will be another happy ending.
Best wishes
Jo and Ollie
