Well done am really glad to hear she has settled in so well with you, was incredibly sad to have to return her after our home trial, as she settled well with our greyhound Blaze and was perfect in every way other than with our cat. Good luck to you.

Hi everyone and thanks for the lovely comments, but I dont think I can take any credit for how much better she is looking, she was just so confused, and freezing cold. She didnt know anyone, or understand what had happened to her to land in kennels. Katie - thank you so much for posting on here. It must have been hard for you to give her up, and I really appreciate your good wishes. I'm sorry it didnt work with the cat, and for Blaze, who must miss her as well. They do definitely enjoy company.
Had a really good night with her last night, and she slept like a log against the radiator, and we have had a very settled day today, with everyone being good. Grace walks really well with Ruby, and they look lovely together. I had two complements today. She is a beautiful girl. If it was you who bought her pretty pink collar Katie, she still wears it. I have kept it on her as a house collar.
I am sure we will meet up with a lot of you in the coming months. More photos soon. xx

What a difference from the 'returned to kennel' and 'I'm in my forever home now' How beautiful Grace is (I went to type Gracie then - force of habit having our Graie Lu!) Absolutely adore the pic of all 4 pooches chilling out together I notice dear Ruby is relegated to the bed on the floor whilst Grace looks very regal on the bed She looks so settled and after only 4 hours Wonderful and congrats and - what an awesome birthday pressie ;D the very very best kind Love n hugs Sarah xx

Well, I'm sorry my dogs are so lazy, but we are just back from a walk, and wanted to show you how well Grace is settling with my cat. This is how my computer room looks most of the time, and you will see my little grey cat in top left of the photo on the bed, and Grace asleep in the foreground. I dont leave them unsupervised, but they are both learning to accept each other very very well. I think Grace has also put on a bit of weight.
