I have been home now for nearly two weeks, I am still under observation in case I tiddle in doors, but I am trying to remember to go outside. Anyway Dad usually has his sky remote by his side or at the end of his hands, but he left it alone on the settee, I was just looking to see if there was anything other than golf on (maybe greyhound racing, or a dog show, something interesting for me) when I accidently chewed it up, Dad wasn't impressed as he had to get another one, so back to the golf again today.
Any other of you greyhound friends have to watch it as well as me, Mersey doesn't seem to mind but she has been home for 3 years now. Beau

Hello Beau Yes my Dad watches it too . I've not tried eating the sky remote though - don't think he would be too happy if I did. I find the best thing to do is SLEEP It's what we are good at. When I first came home they were watching greyhound racing and I forgot I didn't do that anymore and was interested in the sounds from the TV . I'm used to it now and ignore most things ;D Lots of love Betty

yes beau i`m fed up with the golf. me and mum go to bed to sleep and dad comes in and puts the telly on, i make the huffing noise to show my annoyance but he never takes the hint. (maybe hiding the remote might do the trick) chewing it might cause them to call me a bad boy, and they are always calling me a good boy which seems to make them happy and me.

Hi All It's good to hear from my greyhound friends that I am not alone and really pleased about the respect Brennan, glad I am not on my own there, but I think I will take your advice and not chew anything else as I like being called a good boy as well Prince.
My Sis Mersey has been home 3 years she lived with Bart he was a goody two shoes, so I have a lot to live up to. But Mersey used to pick up everything and put in her bed, and Betty this one is just for you, Mum & Dad have her races on dvd and one day they were watching them she hadn't been home long when the hare came round on the dvd and the trap opened she got out of her bed and run down the room, then realised she wasn't racing very confusing for her. But she is very chilled now days. Good to hear what you are all up to, will let you know if anything else happens. Beau

I used to take clothes to my bed too, in fact I once picked out a whole outfit including underwear.....I don;t do it now cos I found it didn't fit me ;D. I don't know why the humans make so much fuss about us borrowing clothes before they are washed... I'm sure they wouldn't like us to do it when it had been washed Betty xx
