Hi, I've had Fizz for a while now but have never let her off of her lead. While I was looking on the gh website I came across the greyhound playgroup. It's looks ideal for Fizz, I was wondering if anyone from the forum has taken their grey there & how they got on please?
I live in SE London, I know the playgroup is in Redbourn, not sure how far that is. It's the nearest one I could find.

Hi Lee
Redbourn is Junction 9 of the M1 'just down the road' from me. I was going to take Fizz, but when I rang up about it I was told it had closed.

Hi Pat, thank you. Do you know if that's permanent? It's a shame if it is.

Hopefully the Wheatsheaf at Hatfield Peverel will have their doggy field open soon - I must admit not had time to check but will report back.

We have a fenced paddock of almost an acre on top of a large garden - if anyone can get out to us in Surrey they you're welcome to have a gathering here with your hounds.
It's not a huge amount of space but our three seem to manage a good dash around!
We're not far from Gatwick Airport - I won't put my address on an open forum but if you're interested then drop me a pm.

Hi, the doggy park in Hatfield is that just Greys that go there like the playgroup, & have you taken Patrick before? While Fizz Jnr's good around other Greys- I'm not too sure about smaller dogs. I just want to say thank you to Sue. The paddock would've been really good (not having to worry about other dogs) but as I don't drive it's a bit far for me to go. Lee
