Did a craft fayre today First thing I parked in the short term car park while I unloaded. By the time I had set up my stall it was then time to move my car to the long term car park ( traffic wardens show no mercy in Berkamstead, they are all over you like a rash).
Imagine my surprise when I returned to find a lovely black beauty waiting for me. Diane you know this lovely girl, Dee (Red Hot Wendy) - she looked fantastic. Anne her owner left her with me while she had a look round. You may well see her at Stifford.

Ooh, there are two other Greyhoundhomer hounds in Berkhamstead too - Bess and Shari - they come boating with us every time we pass through :-)

Hi Anne
It was greyt to meet you and your lovely girl. I did take money, spoke to lots of people who at some point want a greyhound and went away with handouts. The only downside for me is getting all the gear upstairs.** I was well impressed with Dee - my Cara wouldn't have managed getting up the stairs, let alone get down again.
I've got a thing about Pedigree lines and I did learn yesteday that Dee and my first girl, Fizz, were both Droopys Wood girls (although several years apart!!), and then the Top Honcho link to Lily and Cara
Look forward to seeing you at Stifford.
Best wishes
Pat S
** my 'Assistant' has just got herself a Saurday job, but she tells me she will be available for Sunday events.
