Sorry I've been so slow making jam this year but here we have the winter collection:
"Winter Wonderland" - possibly the best jam I've ever made - the flavour is outstanding, even though I say so myself! An intense mix of apples, figs, blackberries and sloes all marinaded in spicy mulled wine - you wont buy this in the supermarket!
I've also got some more conventional apple and blackberry jam (still packed with flavour!)....
As I type, the fruit is boiling for a Christmassy tangerine and ginger marmalade - that should be ready for delivery tomorrow too.
I'll be dropping the jam off with Pat tomorrow night - get in quick, these preserves are perfect for Christmas :-D

How are you doing for jam Pat?
I've just made some more and have around 25 jars to spare if you'd like them. Let me know and I'll arrange a delivery.
This one is called "Eastern Promise" and is a really intense spiced apple and blackberry jam - the flavour is amazing (even though I say so myself!).
I've got enough blackberries and apples left in the freezer to produce another 100 jars (approx) and it will soon be the season for Seville oranges for marmalade so I can keep you in stock if it's still popular :-)

I've got some that I can drop off next week Pat, then I'll make some more as soon as my order of jars arrives - I've probably got enough fruit to make about 100 pots and that's without the seville oranges - must buy them soon!

Bah - slight delay to the jam delivery - poor Ty needs surgery on his foot next week and will be a while in recovery (depending on whether he needs to have a plate to support the bone structure after he had a toe amputated last year).
I promise to get you some before the Spring shows start.....
