This is the section none of us want to fill in, but unfortunately have to at some point, and today is my turn. Sean was PTS on Saturday the 20th of July at about 7:45pm. He succumb to a neurological condition that left him unable to walk properly, he'd probably had it for about a month, however since the afternoon of Thursday the 18th of July the condition had got worse to the point where on Saturday evening he was struggling to stand up.
He was a perfect hound for us, he never chased the cats since he walked through the door and when Charlotte arrived he took it all in his stride.
RIP Seaney

Hi all, thanks for all your messages, below is the last picture I took of Sean which was a few weeks ago, sharing his bed with the mother in laws Springer, called Tessie.

Oh Mark ! Absolutely devastated to read this. I'm so shocked to hear poor Sean has gone to Rainbow Bridge. We are so very sorry, and understand how empty you must be feeling. You have taken such great care of him, and he has had such a lovely life, and home with you all. We will all miss him so much, even though you were far away, as we all knew him. Such a lovely boy, and another one that has been taken too soon. I have shed a few tears for you all. Much love and hugs. Hazel and Alan xxx

Mark, I am so very sorry to hear the sad news about Sean. My thoughts are with you, Emma and Charlotte.
I remember when, before you moved to Devon you welcomed Sean into his forever home and how he quickly adapted to family life (and the cat)! You were always so proud of your big boy and you will all miss him dreadfully, but rest in the knowledge that he had the best life ever with you.
RIP Sean run free at Rainbow Bridge.
Take care
Pat S
