We go france several times a year and take our 3 dogs with us. We go by car/van and put the dogs in crates. They are no trouble and sleep all the way.
Passports now are cheaper and easy with only 1 injection needed now, costs £51.00 for the rabies injection and the passport itself. Passports are valid for 2years to travel to europe.
We have to take them to a vet upto 3 days before returning to the uk, to have Tapeworm tablets and the passport stamped by the vet. Usually costs about 28euros for the consultation and 4euros for each tablet.
Having only had Dunton for 2months, he has just enjoyed his first trip abroad!!
happy holidays

We have our own house in Spain where we can take our hounds to! Private garden, fenced and everything! We love our holiday with our babies, couldn't leave them behind!
I give them special treat for Leishmania and heartworm.
