Hi all,was wondering if anyone fancied meeting up to walk the houndies at two tree island, perhaps in the easter hols?we went last monday and met 7 other greyhound owners!!and now the weathers getting a bit better, should be a good walk.it takes about an hour to get round, its flat, and part of it is beside the sea.theres also the pubs at Old Leigh for after, not sure if dogs can go into the pubs, but there are beer gardens at the back. ;D

Weather permitting we could possibly be on for this. I look after my grandchildren during the school holidays, so we could maybe make a day of it and meet up for the walk. Just one thing, Molly my YorkieX goes everywhere with us, if that is a problem with anyone then I will understand.

Hi Pat, if anyones dog is really difficult with littleuns you can always drop your YorkieX off at our place on the way down, and we'll look after her until you can pick her up on the way back. We're not far off the A127 which is one route down to the walk location. I would quite like to go on this walk but it's getting quite close to Emmas due date so putting the sensible cap on it's probably best we don't join this one. Sean is fine with small dogs, we have two cats, but they spend most of their time upstairs. Let me know if you need to go down this path and if it's a work day I'll book the day off.

i have no problems with small dogs coming along more the merrier!!!the car park is on the road beside Leigh station,if you follow the road past the tip and car park on right, turn a corner and theres a car park on your right which is directly opposite entrance to nature reserve.

George is fine with smaller dogs - really not interested in them at all, so it wouldn't be a problem for us.
