I cant believe it's 12 months since Fizz, our lovely brindle girl died. She was a wonderful girl and is remembered with great affection by my family. During 2012 she has been a Greyhoundhomer calendar girl, and that is how I will remember her, as a gentle loving girl with all her little furry friends

Fond memories...
The calendars are bittersweet - I love to see their photos yet I am dreading turning to December - we miss Lynx so much, though I'm not sure how I can miss anyone when I currently have 7 sleeping greyhounds in the lounge - we're looking after 4 of our friend's for a month :-)

Sue and Pat i have a picture of my german shepherd Karla, which i look at everyday i walk out my front door she passed 12 yrs ago suddenly. it does get easier, instead of my heart aching when i walk past i look at her and smile and think that it was a pleasure to of known a loving girl who melted my heart and gave me joy.

I'm amazed it has been a year already, Pat. She was a lovey girl. Our departed hounds always stay with us, don't they?
I absolutely adore that photo, it makes me smile and definitely in need of a caption!

Hi Pat the time goes so quickly doesn't it I remember when it was the anniversary or our Bart you said some kind words. I have photos all around me of him as said he makes me smile his photo is on my phone, my pc, on my computer desk and in our lounge.
I made a book of his life with us from the day he came home, so when I really need a dose of my boy I read it and he makes me smile.
Maybe the caption should be" is it walkies time yet we have all been good, and I have even put on my best outfit" Chris
