Hi houndy friends I'd just like to tell you about what I found. On Saturday I was having a sniff in the garden when I came across something half buried so like any good dog I decided to dig it up and have a look at what I found. I brought 'it' out and put it on the grass ready to investigate. At this point my dad sent me indoors . I saw mum looking at my 'find' and heard her say it looked like a chicken judging by the feathers on it. I thougth that's good I'll enjoy that but she threw it away I then found something else today....it was a claw! Again mum wouldn't let me have it. I think they were very unfair not letting me keep my 'finds'. Do you agree? ? Lots of love Betty

I'm amazed - I mean, how can hu-mums complain about how much it costs to feed you hounds if they don't let you find and eat your own food :-)
Lou and Ty say that the dead thing sounded delicious....

Betty I say "finders keepers", I found a cooked turkey thigh in my garden and my Mum took that away from me. She thought she was giving me a treat ( a measley little fish and rice biscuit ) for handing it over but I won't be caught like that again. Bet Mr fox will be disappointed as well Love Cass

My mum was cross with me today because I found a fat ball which had fallen off the bird table - I had just started to chew it and she removed from my jaws - didn't like the green string much on it but I wasn't going to tell her that. What's worse is she has been singing "fat balls" at me all day :-( Happy digging, love Patrick

Patrick are you sure you didn't pinch the fat ball off the bird table? I hang them from the trees but saw Cass standing on her back legs trying to reach them. I have to tie them onto fishing line as the squirrels try and get them from above and Cass is trying to pinch them from below. Yvonne
