Hi Welcome to the forum. I was also on here before being adopted by Betty, a beautiful 6 year old black girl who has been with us for nearly 2 years. She has managed to wrap us all round her paws and is totally spoilt ;D.
You must be really excited about getting your new arrivals.
Having a greyhound is a great way of meeting people and greyhound owners are definately a very friendly bunch - in fact if I see another hound I have to go and make a fuss of it and have the same thing done to me countless times!!

Hi Nicky,
Betty sounds lovely both of ours are mainly black, although messi has white paws, a white tip on her tail and a white nose!
I defo agree.
The home check went well so we will be collecting Ethel and Messi tomorrow, so once they are settled im sure to upload piccies!

Hi Ange & Tee Good luck today, it will be very exciting, but take it slow and remember everything is new to them they do take a little time to get used to things and always put them out after eating as they eat then wee. Beau has been home 4 weeks now and he is finally getting everything including going up stairs to sleep on the landing of a night. Look forward to seeing them on the pics at home. Chris x

Hi Ange and Tee
You will not look back and I would say as well that all the greyhound people are a very friendly bunch indeed..
Top tip.. eat and wee! or find out the hard way lol! I did after Pixie had an "accident" (on her first day so didnt tel her off as put down to settling in with me and Sky)! so it made sence when I was kindly informed!
Will not take long to adjust to your routines..
