I love the way he is posing for the camera in the first photo. Is Ben from the Honcho line?

I love the way he is posing for the camera in the first photo. Is Ben from the Honcho line? I was going to ask that - he's the spitting image of our old boy blue...

Thanks for all your lovely comments. Ben is not from the Honcho line as far as I can see on greyhound data. We could not belive how many greys we saw in St Agnes, apparantly more than 10 live in the village.

Ben looks such a happy, contented & healthy boy! Well done. The west country seems very greyhound friendly, be lovely to live in a village with 10, Brennan would be in his element!

So would Patrick. Those photographs are really stunning - both Ben and the background. You are very brave letting him off after six months - Patrick would probably see the nearest food place and be gone forever!

What stunning photos! ;D Isn't he a handsome boy - I love the first pic - look at his tail poking up at the back - ah - and such a happy face I'm with patricksparents on this one - very brave after 6 months! Vinny and/or Gracie Lu would have cahooned off up the beach to check out something a mile away lol! xx

We were worried the first time, but a pocket full of sausages does the trick with Ben!!! Had to sit drinking coffee for ages till no other dogs on the beach though, luckily a quiet time of year in Cornwall.

You're quite right - recall is all about incentive and sausages are much more tasty than a raw rabbit/squirrel/cat (delete as appropriate) :-)
